Core Advantages
• Perfect Bidirectional Zero Leakage
The gate core is made of high-quality ductile iron, entirely covered with durable elastic rubber such as EPDM or NBR. When closed, the rubber is evenly compressed against the full-bore valve body wall, achieving a bidirectional bubble-level seal (compliant with EN 12266 Class A standards), completely solving the internal leakage problem of traditional gate valves.
• Ultra-Low Torque, Easy Operation
Thanks to the optimized rubber compound and low-friction design, the opening and closing torque is only 1/3 of that of comparable metal-sealed gate valves. The standard handwheel provides easy operation and can be easily upgraded to a gearbox or electric actuator.
• Corrosion Resistance and Long Service Life: The valve body and flow channels are coated with epoxy resin (compliant with AWWA C550 standard), and the gate rubber completely encapsulates the metal core, preventing media from contacting the metal. Its superior corrosion resistance makes it particularly suitable for water and lightly polluted media, extending its service life far beyond traditional products.
• Extremely Low Maintenance Costs: There are no metal sealing surfaces requiring grinding or repair; routine maintenance only requires checking the valve stem packing. If sealing performance deteriorates after long-term use, in most cases, the preload can be restored simply by tightening the valve stem nut, significantly reducing the total lifespan cost.

Sewage Treatment Plants: Pretreatment units, return and discharge pipelines.
Industrial Circulating Water Systems: Reliable shut-off of cooling water and process water.
Irrigation Systems: Control valves for main pipelines.
Selection and Installation Recommendations
Select the appropriate sealing rubber material based on the characteristics of the medium (especially temperature). Clean the pipe flange face before installation and use the matching flange gasket.
The valve can be installed in any position, but it is best to have the valve stem vertically upward, which helps extend the packing life and facilitates operation.
When closing the valve, turn the handwheel until it feels fully closed; do not use excessive force. When opening, ensure the gate is fully raised to the top.
