Unique Three-Piece Design (Nut, Female, Male)
Installation can be completed by hand tightening
No need to rotate or cut the pipeline during disassembly
Triple Sealing Guarantee
Flat End Face Sealing: Precision-ground sealing surface
Conical Auxiliary Sealing: 30° self-tightening conical surface design
Elastic Gasket Sealing: Optional PTFE/rubber gaskets
Worry-Free Maintenance Features
Sealing performance remains unchanged after 50 repeated disassembly and assembly
360° Free Adjustment of Interface Direction
Single-point disassembly during maintenance, without affecting the overall pipeline
Technical Parameters Material: 304/3 16L stainless steel body, silicone/PTFE gaskets
Pressure rating: PN16/PN25 (1.6/2.5MPa)
Temperature range: -20℃ to 150℃ (depending on gasket material)
Connection method: Both ends are internally threaded or one end is internally threaded and the other end is externally threaded
Core applications:
Instrument connection points: Convenient installation of flow meters and pressure gauges
Equipment inlets and outlets: Quick-connect interfaces for pumps, valves, and other equipment
Sectional maintenance sections: Piping sections requiring frequent maintenance
Temporary piping: Temporary fluid systems for exhibitions, experiments, etc.
Installation Guide ① ① Connect the male and female connectors to the pipes at both ends respectively.
② Insert the sealing washer (groove facing the female connector).
③ Tighten the connecting nut by hand until it feels tight.
④ Turn it another 1/4 turn with a wrench (do not overtighten).
Quality Commitment: Each sealing surface is tested with blue oil, with a contact area ≥85%.
Passed 10,000 pressure cycle tests.
FDA-certified washer material is available.
Custom sizes are supported (delivery within 3 days).
Selection Recommendations
