• Dual Sealing System: The valve plate is made of precision-polished 304 stainless steel, paired with an EPDM rubber sealing ring, forming a metal + soft seal dual barrier, achieving the highest sealing level of GB/T13927.

• Exposed Stem Visualization: The exposed valve stem design allows for direct observation of the valve opening. The threaded parts are hard chrome plated, improving wear resistance by 300%.

• Grooved Quick Installation: Adopting national standard grooved pipe fittings, installation is 5 times faster than flanged types, and maintenance does not require pipe disassembly.

Installation Instructions

Remove burrs from pipe ends and ensure the sealing groove is clean.

Apply lubricant evenly to the rubber sealing ring and insert it into the groove.

After the valve body is in place, tighten the limit bolts symmetrically to the specified torque.

The valve body is integrally cast from ductile iron QT450, with an epoxy resin coating achieving C4 corrosion resistance. Each valve undergoes a helium gas chromatography leak test at 1.5 times the pressure for 30 minutes.
