Standardized Operating Procedures
Preparation: Clean the anti-corrosion layer and debris around the leak point; measure and record the pipe outer diameter and leak size.
Quick Installation: Align the seal with the leak point, close the upper and lower housings, and pre-tighten the bolts diagonally.
Pressure Injection: Inject the special sealant into the sealing cavity through the standard grease injection valve until pressure equalization.
