Malleable iron pipe fittings 90°M&F elbows, also known as 90° crescent elbows, are core components in piping systems for achieving vertical turning connections. Made of national standard malleable cast iron (malleable iron), the product undergoes a professional malleable annealing process to remove impurities and refine the grain, resulting in excellent tensile strength and resistance to cracking and deformation, completely solving the problem of easy breakage in ordinary pipe fittings.
The surface is hot-dip galvanized using 0# high-purity zinc ingots with a zinc content ≥99.995%, forming a dense zinc-iron alloy layer that is corrosion-resistant and rust-resistant, effectively extending the service life of the fitting and making it suitable for complex indoor and outdoor environments. The precisely machined internal and external threads conform to GB/T3287 standards, featuring regular tooth profiles, tight engagement, and excellent sealing performance, effectively preventing fluid leakage. Installation is convenient and requires no welding; sealing and tightening can be achieved simply by using PTFE tape.
